Ran 10km for ODAC today. Final run before the actual one on 24th aug (:
I rmb my first run. 7.2 km, i took 1hr 20 mins.
2nd run, 8.8 km, 1 hr 10 mins.
3rd run, 10 km, 1 hr 10 mins.

I improvedddddd! :D
Today's run was damn smooth too (: ran all the way (:
Idk if it was the banana i ate before the run,
the 2 rounds warm-up, or the noodles i had for lunch.

I'm pretty sure Waffle's Mushroom sandwich pulled me through the run too (:
Breakfast is the most impt meal of the day! :D
